Take part in the fair and take care of your health!

Autumn is the time when we should especially take care of the condition of our body and immunity. That is why it is worth learning about healthy eating, lifestyle and ways to strengthen immunity, as well as getting the right products. The health fair, which will be held in our Shopping Centre, will be an excellent opportunity for this.

On November 4th -5th (Friday-Saturday), you will be able to buy herbs, dietary supplements, healthy and ecological food and natural cosmetics at the stands in the passage of the shopping mall. Visitors will find advice from specialists – a dietitian, certified herbalist, trichologist, and a personal trainer.

Volunteers will be able to perform a body composition analysis free of charge – a special scale will indicate the content of water, fat or muscle mass in the body and a quantum analysis that will indicate the level of heavy metals in the body. You will also be able to see the relaxing effect of face, hand or foot massage. Those willing will be able to use the service of an individual arrangement of a face care plan, selection of cosmetics depending on the type and problems of the skin, and the selection of the most favourable make-up. For people who would like to learn more about Chinese medicine, consultations combined with an acupressure treatment are planned. On the other hand, answers to questions related to scalp problems will be provided by a trichologist after performing an examination with a special trichological camera.

There are also contests waiting for visitors, in which you will be able to win vouchers for treatments and health services.
